Greg Miller, Artistic Director

Greg has been a working theatre professional for 40 years as a published playwright, scenic designer, actor, improvisational comedian, and most prominently as a director.  He has been involved with most southeast Minnesota theatres including Mantorville; Summerset Theatre and Matchbox Children's Theatre in Austin; Albert Lea; Stewartville; the Rochester Repertory Theatre; the RCTC Hill Theatre; and the Rochester Civic Theatre, where he was the Educational Director for 8 years and Artistic Director for 25 years.  Greg has over 150 directing credits in southeast Minnesota, including more than 100 in Rochester, and is the recipient of the illustrious Mayor's Medal of Honor in 2015 and the Ardee Award for Outstanding Artist of the Year in 2016.  

Brock Besse, Music Director

Brock is an active part of the Rochester music scene as a conductor, arranger, composer, and instrumentalist.  He currently serves as the Minister of Music for Bethel Lutheran Church.  Brock is maestro and founder of the Rochester Pops Orchestra, and a writes or arranges a wide variety of symphonic and orchestral music for RPO.  Brock holds Masters degrees in music performance and Orchestration & Composition with an emphasis on conducting, and is actively working toward his Doctorate. Brock has played in the pit ensemble to four shows with the New York Theatre Company’s traveling outfit and his credits as music director include  “South Pacific,” “Jekyll & Hyde,” “The Secret Garden,” “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat,” “No Way To Treat A Lady,” to name a few.

Jennifer Taylor, Vocal Director

Jennifer recently returned to Rochester, where she has a long history (over 30 years) of doing theatre in the area. She has worn many hats including director, vocal director, music director, actor, singer, and conductor. Jennifer graduated from Lawrence University in Appleton, WI with a double major in vocal and instrumental education. She has taught music in local schools and as First Presbyterian as the Music Associate since 1986. She currently works teaching elementary music with Rochester Public Schools.

Marann Faget, Costume Designer

Owner of Kookla's Design in Rochester, MN, Marann has extensive costuming credits internationally, nationally and within the SE MN region, including the Chios Civic Theatre in Greece, Bas Bleu Theatre, Windsor Community Playhouse of Denver, Austin Lyric Opera, Sam Bass Theatre, Storie Productions, One World Theatre, Zachary Scott Theater, and Oracle Theater. Locally, she was Resident Costume Designer at Rochester Community College from 1989-1995 and with Rochester Civic Theatre from 2007-2009.

Ben Hain, Light Designer

Ben has been doing lighting and theater for nearly 40 years. He worked as a production electrician for Theater de la Juene Lune and at Childrens Theater Company in Minneapolis. Locally, he has lit shows for Rochester Civic Theater, The Rep, Byron Middle School, The Jon Hassler Theater, Mayo Clinic, The Rochester School District, and various dance shows. He has worked as a stagehand at the Civic Center running spotlight from rodeos to rock concerts. Attending rock shows like Queen (with Freddie Mercury), The Who, and Genesis are major reasons he is a lighting designer today. Ben became Technical Director at the Jon Hassler Theater in 2003 and worked there until 2006. For the last 14 years,  Ben has been the technical director for Hill Theater at Rochester Community and Technical College.

Audrey Rinkoski, Choreographer

Audrey has 25 years of theatre experience in four states as an actress, vocal director, and choreographer, including nearly 20 local area productions at both the community and educational level since moving to Rochester in 2008. This will be Audrey's eighth production as choreographer. Other credits include Legally Blonde, Chicago, Matilda, and Rock of Ages. Audrey is an alumnus of the Drake University theatre program and currently works in education at Rochester Public Schools.

Pam Allan, Stage Manager

Pam Allan is a self-motivated, organized, and efficient Stage Manager who is able to work with directors, artistic staff, actors, and crew to ensure rehearsals and performances go smoothly.  Throughout her many years of theatre starting in 1998, she has been intimately involved in many aspects of a community theatre production, including stage managing over 30 shows and managing props for a similar number. With her strong problem solving skills, integrity and professionalism, she will be key player in making any project a success.

Jake Ryan, Set Design and construction

Jake has been involved with local theatre for over a decade both on stage and as a set designer/tech director. He is dedicated towards pushing creative boundaries. Ever optimistic, he faces challenges head on, ready to make something that hasn't been done before.
